1. What are Voucher Codes and Discount Codes?
 
Voucher Codes, commonly referred to as promotional codes, discount vouchers, money off coupons or e-vouchers and special offers provided by online retailers to promote their business and increase sales on the website. These discount codes help you save money on your online shopping by reducing the price of your order. Retailers distribute voucher codes in a variety of locations and our team at VoucherAlerts.co.uk collect these codes from over 2000 UK retailers, displaying them all on our website, making it easy for you to quickly find available promotions for your favourite retailers and reduce the cost of your online shopping. We add new voucher codes daily, as well as negotiating directly with merchants to provide us with exclusive discounts which you will not be able to find anywhere else.
 
2. How do I use a Voucher?
 
First of all, you should locate the retailer whose discount codes you seek on our website. If you know which merchant you are looking for, you can either use our search facility or select from the dropdown "retailer" menu which is available next to the search box.
 
Once you have located your merchant, you should scroll down and view available discount codes. Click on the "Get Code and Visit Site" button to reveal the discount code, then copy the code by clicking on it. Then, complete your purchase via the retailers website. When you come to a box asking if you have any voucher codes, paste the code you have copied.
 
The cost of your order will then be reduced to reflect the discount code.
 
3. How do I use Voucher Alerts?
 
Our Voucher Alerts service allows you to subscribe to your favourite stores or categories and receive instant email notifications whenever a new deal is added to those sections. First of all, you should create an account with us by clicking on the Register button on the top left hand corner.
 
Once you have signed up, you can manage your subscriptions from your account page by selecting the retailers that you wish to subscribe to. Alternatively, there is a "subscribe" button on the retailers page which will allow you to be informed of their updates.
